If for any reason, you would like to cancel your pre-order, we must receive your request no later than November 10, 2025. Any cancellation requests made after November 10th will be on an approval basis and will be refunded in the form of merchandise credit (NO EXCEPTIONS). 
  
• Once a pre-order is placed, we will not accept size changes. To make any changes, your order will be canceled and you will be required to reorder within the time frame of the pre-order sale being conducted.
