Any use of the Store is governed by our terms as well as by the Store's Privacy Policy. Your use of the Store constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

PRICING

All prices are shown inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

PAYMENTS AND AVAILABILITY

All good and prices offered through the Store are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of Albino & Preto Eu being unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you of this by email as soon as possible. In cases where goods have been paid for a full refund will be offered.

We use PayPal for payment processing. At checkout, you may purchase your goods in confidence using credit or debit card through the secure PayPal system.

DELIVERY

All orders placed before midday are processed the same day where possible. We endeavor to ship your order within 24 hours of processing. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time to track the progress of your order. Email your order number and query to info@albinoandpretoeu.com

International deliveries and orders may be subject to an import or duty fee, all import taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party/importer.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

**All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and are at the discretion of Albino & Preto Europe.

In addition to the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different size or colour. Our returns policy excludes sale items.

For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging.

The goods are your responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.  We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Once we have received the goods a refund or exchange will be issued.

For your protection, undergarments, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if new and unused.

We recommend that you use a postal service that ensures you for the goods you are returning. Please send returned goods to:

We also accept cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you decide to cancel your order, you must let us know by email quoting the order number at info@albinoandpretoeu.com.
